5 Egg yolks; beaten (save the

3cWhole wheat flour
1cYogurt; plain
1cWalnuts
1cRaisins
1 1/2tbCinnamon
5 Egg whites; beaten

Cream the butter and honey together before adding the figs and the beaten egg yolks. Stir until smooth. Add the flour and yogurt, alternating. Add the nuts, raisins and cinnamon. Fold in the egg whites. Pour into greased cake pan and bake at 350øF for 90 minutes. Serve with honey.
